Downstairs is private, people live there. Guests have access to the entire upper floor with a private entrance. No spaces need to be shared, only the parking spaces. Please make yourself at home. ⚠️ A car is highly recommended. Public transport is limited. ⚠️ There is a limited kitchen with 1 hotplate and a microwave. You cannot cook extensively here. ⚠️ There is no living room. ⚠️ The guesthouse is located on the first floor. If you have difficulty walking, the stairs are difficult to climb with luggage. ⚠️ In the entire area in and around Amsterdam you can hear airplanes. Including this location. This happens not frequently but is good to know if you're not used to it. If you sleep early and you're a very light sleeper it can be useful to bring earplugs. ⚠️ There is a road in front of the house with little traffic from cars, bikes and nordic walkers.
